With nearly 12 years of experience in hospital administration and a Master’s in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, I have built a career driving operational excellence, business growth, and patient-centered healthcare delivery. As CEO of Apex Group of Hospitals—one of Mumbai’s largest multi-specialty hospital chains—I lead end-to-end P&L management, organizational strategy, high-performance teams, and operational streamlining to enhance both patient outcomes and business efficiency. A core pillar of my leadership is doctor engagement: fostering trust-based relationships with clinicians to build a cohesive, patient-first culture. Alongside this, I focus on building strong business development teams, scaling revenue, and driving strategic expansion in a competitive healthcare landscape. Previously, I commissioned Surya Hospitals, Chembur, overseeing its establishment from inception—gaining hands-on expertise in commissioning, compliance, and operational frameworks. At Cloudnine Hospitals, I managed a P&L of ₹60 crores and led a 200+ member team, significantly scaling patient volumes and revenue through workflow optimization and enhanced patient experience. Earlier, at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai, I built a strong foundation in hospital operations and clinical administration as a Clinical Manager. Passionate about leveraging healthcare technology and building sustainable healthcare ecosystems, I continue to focus on creating agile, high-impact hospital organizations that balance business growth with clinical excellence.
